Good gender equality practices

The Journal of Behavior and Feeding is committed to gender policies that promote effective equality between women and men in our society through the following actions: 

Editorial participation: The journal seeks a balance in the percentage of women and men both in the Editorial Team and among those who review articles. 

Use of inclusive language: The use of inclusive language in scientific articles is recommended, for which it is suggested to consult: Manuales para el uso del lenguaje incluyente y no sexista | Comisión Nacional para Prevenir y Erradicar la Violencia Contra las Mujeres | Gobierno | gob.mx (www.gob.mx). 

Sex and gender in the research: It will be required that the source data of the research consider sex, thus allowing the identification of possible differences. It is also recommended to include the full name of the authors in the published works. For this, it is suggested to consult the “Practical guide for the inclusion of the gender perspective in research contents” (158 (ugr.es)).
