Human eating behavior is a phenomenon in which biological, geographical, psychological, cultural and other factors intervene. Given the complexity and the little importance that humans have given to their nutrition and feeding, this topic has become important worldwide in the field of public health, since some years ago, and in our country it has not been the exception.
